Been eating here since going to junior and high school in Tehachapi 50 years ago. Any time visiting this precious town we have to eat here.Memories!! This place is the best!! Grateful it is still here and doing it all so very well.Thank you Kelcys!!
The County Fried Steak was amazing.. Do recommend and will be coming back.
I love Kelcy's. They have veggie and vegan options. Staff are always great, too. The back patio is a nice spot. Prices are fair.

Nice size slice of pie, very friendly staff. I would suggest cooking the crust just a little bitmore to enhance the buttery taste but other than that I ate it all with no complaints ???? Recommended thumbs-up ????
I had breakfast, and it was outstanding. My waitress, Mary, who is blonde, was very friendly as well.
