I love Hardee's, but I'll never go back to this one! Burger was burnt, fries were lacking, cashier rang up (twice) and number 7 when I wanted a number 10 (I'm allergic to mushroom so I wouldn't order that sandwich) he thought I said my name was Jose because I'm brown… my name is Scott the name, who manager who happened to be the to fill my fries, also had no customer service skills.
Pretty good for a fast food place. Standard array of burgers, fries, and other stuff. Efficient employees, clean eating area.
I requested a large cup of ice because my travel cup had partially melted from the previous day, and they charged me the full price of $2.57 for just a cup of ice. It feels like they’re taking advantage.
I waited in line for half an hour. This isn’t exactly a “fast” food restaurant.
I arrived at the restaurant around 9:30 PM, and I was surprised to find it completely empty. I ordered a plain single cheeseburger and a side of curly fries. Fortunately, the fries actually turned out to be curly rather than regular. After receiving my order, I got into my car and started driving to my destination. When I unwrapped my "cheeseburger," I was taken aback to find it wasn’t a cheeseburger at all; it was a BBQ chicken sandwich topped with lettuce, mayo, and bacon. At that point, I was too far away to consider going back, even though I was the only customer there.
