However, I've noticed that some staff members tend to turn off the coffee machine 1-2 hours before closing time, which is frustrating, especially since I was looking forward to a simple hot chocolate (not coffee) in the middle of winter!

I have to comment on the extraordinary service that I received when my car was placed through the car wash. before, while the windows were manually washed gary... read more I have to comment on the extraordinary service that I received when my car was placed through the car wash. before, while the windows were manually washed gary (the owner) noticed that the clear plate over my Rego plate was dirty. he cleaned it. gary also went to the various detergents available, which were the differences. when I paid over $20: so he got me a coffee I had while my car was washed. after a short wipe gary checked my tyers. for service..amazing

Generally good, well stocked. Unfortunately 3 out of 3 visits in store the same cashier paid little attention and messed up. The last time she initiated the eft... read more Generally good, well stocked. Unfortunately 3 out of 3 visits in store the same cashier paid little attention and messed up. The last time she initiated the eftpos payment before I scanned the bp rewards card, watched me do it as she walked away, naturally it didn't work and she didn't let me know before I paid on her return. This morning she acknowledged my request for food, but didn't enter it in. Thankfully I got the receipt and checked before waiting too long for it. I'll be requesting someone else serve me if I want food with fuel from now on.
