Nice, solid, reliable, and large portions. It 's been there for many years. I 've been a few times over the last 20, and it 's always solid. The food is always... read more Nice, solid, reliable, and large portions. It 's been there for many years. I 've been a few times over the last 20, and it 's always solid. The food is always good. Not cutting edge or creative, but well made. You order at the counter, off a menu on the wall. It 's similar to a san diego taco shop menu, though the 'select your protein ' makes it easier to manage. They also at least sometimes bring the food to your table, though it was not busy when I was there, so that may not be constant. The patio, where most of the seating is, is fun, a bit quirky, and spacious. It 's not a fine dining establishment, is a nice, consistent, reasonably priced, reliable standard Mexican fare restaurant.
