We play at the course A lot, but the last 2 times have been very disappointing. Both times our cart has stopped working and we have had to wait for someone to come bring us another, also we were having to wait over 5 minutes after every shot. The group in front of us had 2 holes empty in front of them and where not keeping pace, had the entire course backed up. We told the ranger but nothing. Took us 4.5 hrs to play 1... What User doesn't like about Woodlake Lodge, Golf, And Country Club:
The restaurant has a pleasant and welcoming staff, but some of the older members can be unfriendly. If these members were to pass away, the club may struggle to survive unless they attract new, friendly members. The future of the club depends on its ability to bring in a successful new membership drive and not rely solely on the original members. View all feedback.

Took us 4.5 hrs to play 18 holes usually takes us less 3.I just left and am changing to a 4 star. The lady in the morning 630 was extremely helpful and nice. But had the first tee time made the turn and had to wait because of group starting on the back. Should not happen at that course. Golf course in good shape
My review is for the restaurant only. We loved everything we order. The steak on the stone is delicious and super fun to eat. The side are all very well cooked and yummy. My only complaint is some of the employees can be a little rude. When I called to make our reservation the guy that answered seemed very annoyed. One waitress was amazing and the other was complaining that she was tired.
The room was adequate, and basically clean (if you over look the coffee packet left in the coffee maker. We stayed here because after a long day's drive, we didn't want to have to leave the place to have dinner. Much to our surprise and disappointment both restaurants were closed for renovations. No manager was available for us to express our displeasure. (The only thing open was the Pro Shop even though there were a few inches of snow on the ground) At a minimum they could have called us and let us know in advanceThe HVAC unit was loud. The room needs to be updated/refreshed
Beautiful dining room, Christmas decorations are incredible. It is also the best atmosphere for great dining in the tri state area. The steak on a stone is very unique and always very good food.
This restaurant review is about a pleasant surprise at a golf course with a well-maintained course, friendly staff, and excellent steakhouse. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food and drinks, especially the steak, is delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, a five-star rating for both the rooms and service, with a four-star rating for the location. The hotel is highlighted by its great value.
