I would have given it five stars but my bread was not fresh. My ingredients were perfect. The hard bread was my only complaint.
Meatball sub, was just that, sub par. Wasn't very tasty.. idk how to explain it, but cookies were good.
Really great customer service. They know me everytime I come in and make me feel good about my life. They know my sandwich and my soul
Two issues, one of MAJOR concern. First, CROSS CONTAMINATION! Why are employees throwing food that was dropped into different food back into the original container? I have seen this with veggies as well as cheese and meat with different employees. As someone with food allergens, this is a BIG NO NO! By throwing the contaminated food back in the original bin, you’re further contaminating the rest of that bin. I’m not sure if this is covered enough in training, but hopefully management can address in the future so I can continue to visit. It just seems lazy as well. An extra second or two to throw a contaminated piece of food away might add up over time, but it could save someone’s life.2, they discontinued the sauces I loved, which is fine, these things happen. But when visiting today I asked to taste test a sauce. I have never had an issue with this and have always just gotten a tiny dollop in a cup. The worker said ‘okay’ and then smothered my sandwich with the sauce. She hesitated a second after she did so, probably realizing what she did, but then continued on and wrapped my sandwich. The shop was busy and I didn’t want to wait, so I took the sandwich anyways, but did not like the sauce and therefore wasted money on a sandwich that I couldn’t finish. Not that big of a deal, at least I know I don’t like that sauce, but an annoyance none the less.
