The restaurant has undergone some changes since it first opened. The food quality has decreased compared to a year ago, and the portion sizes have become smaller. What User doesn't like about Hunan Express:
I used to frequent this restaurant when they first opened and they were great. However, over the years, the quality has declined while the prices have gone up. I recently ordered the Teriyaki chicken and it was terrible. It was the worst Teriyaki chicken I have ever had, even worse than what I've had from Chinese takeout. Orderly eating of them by eating. Unfortunately, the restaurant insists on using their own delivery persons and who knows if they have any at all. I waited for an hour and a half without eating, and no answer when I called the restaurant several times. Finally, they directed the calls to fax machine, well done, hunan express! By the way, they are like 5 or 10 minutes away from my house.
Felt bad about showing up 30 minutes before close, but server was completely nice and they had our food out in about 10 minutes. It was super good!
