The restaurant didn't provide any utensils or napkins. There was just a single large piece of pork in the salad, roughly the size of a fist, and it wasn't shredded or distributed throughout the dish. View all feedback.
What Kio S doesn't like about Cafe Rio Mexican Grill:
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. There were no forks or napkins provided, and they didn’t serve the drink I paid for. I also found it ridiculous that I was charged $5 for such a small quesadilla. The food did not look like the picture at all. View all feedback.
Got our order wrong for our kids. Loaded it with meat when we asked for cheese only. It even said cheese only on the lid and they still got it wrong. The kids wouldnt touch out of course. The food was completely cold even though our driver was quick and the order arrived before the estimated time. It tasted like ours has been made hours before and left out, then delivered. Super disappointed. They hardly ever get it right. I just need to stop going here.
The salad was decent, but I just read a comment about them including large pieces of pork in their burritos, and it looks like I got a surprise as well. I mean, it is what it is, but honestly, it kind of put me off. There was a huge lump in the middle, and I thought, no way! But sure enough, there was my big chunk of pork. I suppose that's a bonus for extra meat, but not really what I wanted. (And just to clarify, I drench my burrito in dressing, so don't judge!)

We recently celebrated a birthday with a group of 14 family members, and I must say the food and service were fantastic! The entire staff even sang "Happy Birthday," which was a small gesture for them, but it meant the world to us.
