This is a KFC and A&W combined. This is the best kfc in a 50 Mile radius! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is great. They even have a lunch buffet that is a great deal! This place gets 1 star only because 0 stars is not an option. Waited 20 minutes from the time I paid for my fast food , watched another customer return a cheeseburger 3 times because he ordered plain and they kept giving him everything and the manager was boxing the food with a glove only on one hand while pushing her hair out of face with the ungloved hand. I wasn't the biggest fan of this location, the place just seemed to have a dirty look to it inside. Service was good, no issues there. I had ordered a root beer float with a bacon burger and fries. The root beer float was a lame excuse for a root beer float, barely had any ice cream in it. That's probably my biggest issue right there as I was craving for one all day. Burger was pretty average and the fries had tasted like they were under a warmer all day. Definitely experienced better at other A&W's.
Lady was nice but felt bad because there were only 3 workers there... Working hard and stuff came out decently fast! Would recommend the cheese curds and root beer! The root beer is made fresh there. The cheese curds are plain amazing. I would order that as a meal. Overall nice place and might stop here on our way back:
I would give this 0 stars if I could. Went through the drive thru at 1205 and 15min later I still didn't have my food. No one told us about the delay and they are annoyed that I came in and want to know where my food was. Now driving down the road our order is completely wrong. 2 things we ordered are not even in the bag and one is not what we ordered. I normally would not leave a bad review bc everyone has bad days but on the way out she sarcastically continued to say thank you and have a good day.
Literally the worst service at a restaurant I've ever had. While waiting on my ONE combo meal (A5 to be precise) two people had already demanded their money back. The people behind the counter didn't care about anything other than maybe their next high. I WILL NEVER BE BACK! Don't go here!
