I really enjoy this buffet; it offers a fantastic variety of dishes to sample. However, I feel that some of the chefs should be more knowledgeable about different cuisines. For instance, when I tried the biryani, it had rose water in it, which is not how it's traditionally made. They could have all-you-can-eat for Christmas dinner, but it was absolutely terrible. Not only was there not much food for the price, but there was also very little available to actually eat. Most of the food was served in small portions, and all the meats were either fatty or filled with bones. I celebrated my 30th birthday at Watergardens Hotel this past weekend, and I must say, the experience was outstanding! From the very beginning, the service was exceptional. Daniela, the events manager, guided me throughout the entire process. She helped with every detail, from how I wanted the room set up to recommending suppliers and assisting with my food order. She was even there on the night of the event! I can't thank Daniela and her team enough for their hard work. I had the best time and highly recommend Watergardens Hotel to anyone planning an event. I could go on and on about how stunning the venue is and how amazing the staff are. If anyone needs advice about this venue, I would be more than happy to help! I just had my daughters 21st at the Watergardens Hotel and it was fantastic! ! Its was a beautiful function room, with an a joining heated outside area for any smokers. The food was amazing to the delight of our guests. We experienced wonderful friendly customer service from the staff, to ensure that we had a stress free evening. I cannot compliment the Watergardens Hotel enough for making my daughters 21st a memorable one. Thank you

We celebrated a relative's 30th birthday here and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and the functions room was excellent. The staff were very helpful and polite, making our celebration even more enjoyable.
