She literally said, peop... read more Picking up a door dash and im watching a customer pick up their order. An associate named Sabrina was incredibly rude to that customer. She literally said, people don 't know what the hell they ordered . The guy was still standing there. And when theyoung lady who was helping me asked when my door dash would be ready, Sabrina said just tell everybody 5 minutes. She is thesole reason I will never eat at or pick up another order from this establishment. Sarah on the otherhand was a REAL SWEETHEART.Very nice young lady. She really tried to keep the commotion down in the dining area bc of how long everybody was waiting. Dobetter.

It?s truly sad because they do have some very good employees here but because of the ones who are lazy and unprofessional it makes everyone look bad. Idon?t come here often but when I do, it always seems like something is either missing, someone at the front is just bluntly rude(ignoring customers while they attend to their phone , etc. I work night shifts and typically only come here during times Ihave my lunch breaks because it?s close and convenient considering there?s no other wingstop around me .. these past 3 days in arow they have told me they aren?t doing over the phone orders and that it?s only walk ins or through the app. I?m on my lunchbreak and only have cash so it?s been inconvenient. And the girl who was on the phone was very rude, almost like if I wasbothering her calling up there to place an order. Terrible place of business .

It said it?d be delivered by 3:38?.never showed checked the status and it said a new driver and that it?d be there at 4:10?still nothing the second drivercalled me saying that the food was already picked up and If I received it. I told him no he said doordash will be calling?theynever called so I called the store. The manager was amazing he told me they can replace the order for me. Only down fall was Ihad to come get it?Which is okay because I would have had to drive to get food somewhere else anyway. This is why I hatedoordash.

I waited 30 minutes for just 8 wings, even though I was the only customer. I won’t be coming back. Given how dirty the dining area was, I don’t trust this place at all.
