This is the second year that we took part in this event. they have a great personal! friendly and nursing people then make the Valentine's Day event totally ingenious.

Not enough servers. They seemed overwhelmed. However they did a good job. Issue was with waiting a long time for our food. We waited over 45 minutes. Sat by the window and watched car after car get their food very quickly. Previous year we ate at the W.C. on West Road in Woodhaven where they did a great job. They were organized. Had the door locked (controlled) which prohibited people from just walking in. Got our food very quickly. That was a good experience.

It was Valentine Day and we used to go for Valentine Day a long time ago. It was nice to reminisce. For a family with young children they would enjoy it and it was decorated nicely with balloons, red tableclothes, and flowers. Nice night.

The staff was awesome! Hit food, prompt service and a positive atmosphere!

We attended the Valentine's Day dining event this year, marking our third consecutive year joining this occasion. They really go all out to make the event beautiful, especially for a White Castle. Our server, Savanna, was excellent and very attentive. We look forward to returning for many more Valentine's Day events, as well as regular visits for their food.
