This family-run restaurant is very friendly and food quality is solid. The food is well seasoned with excellent portions for 15 dollars on average. The portions allow you to offer several meals for the price other places that leave you hungry. The teas (especially Thai and pineapple) are fantastic as the pho, fried rice, ramen stir, and butter chicken are all great in their own way. This is one of those places where... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Phohouse Taylor:
Spring rolls were not good. Only looked like meat, no noodles or cabbage. Honestly, looks and tastes like meat and potatoes inside, strange enough. Chickenramen stir fry was good, not very tasteful, although with the house sauce. View all feedback.
I ordered the phone? Maybe a good thing because if I went to the order? ve has changed my mind?.However I wanted to order the chicken butter wings, but they were from them, so I ordered the butter chicken strips instead? Now I'm a chicken chick and that wasn't a dang chicken? whatever it was good and tender! The fried rice was good, but the rice was white rice that didn't seem to be roasted? the ramen noodles on the other plate were bordering the cold? It's all right, but I doubt if I ever go back. I don't mind paying for what I put in my body, but that would be $40.00? was better spent in Benihana? the workers were very nice!!!
The food was ok, wasn't the best pho I've had. I'm not sure if my issue lies with how the menu is laid out on doordash, but it doesn't specify what has pork in it. I got the fresh rolls which has pork. So I had to open the roll up to get the pork out and that was a total mess. I also ordered the pho house special which is steak, shank and meatballs. Unbeknownst to me the shank was pork and if it wasn't pork then that was the lightest beef I've ever seen and I didn't want to risk it. So I barely had a meal because the menu is not descriptive enough for those with dietary restrictions. I'm not sure if I would give them a second chance because the bean sprouts looked like they weren't cleaned so I had to go rinse them and the broth barely had flavor.
This was our first visit and the Pho and fried rice was delicious! We also enjoyed the fresh rolls. We will be back! I also loved the Vietnamese iced coffee. My son enjoyed the watermelon slushy w/popping boba.
First time trying Pho House and Vietnamese food so I don't have much to compare it to but I enjoyed what I ordered. I ordered the fried rice, Pho rare and shank and a watermelon bubble tea, all very tasty and good size portions. I ordered online and made for a quick and easy pick up. Service was good when picking up and very welcoming. Dining room is open now with limited seating and a few tables available to enjoy food in house. Delivery also available through Doordash. Hours have changed at the moment to 3pm till 8pm. Do recommend if interested in Vietnamese food/pho.
Very friendly staff. We arrived near closing time and the staff treated us very nicely. This was my first time eating pho and I loved it. I ordered the chicken pho and the broth and chicken were so good I ordered pineapple frozen bubble tea which was amazing and it comes with popping bubbles instead of the other gooey ones other places have sometimes. Overall good service definitely will be back
