The best mexican restaurant in Michigan. Their food is amazing! Staff always on point.... Salsa may change in thickness but always same taste.

Matador catered a networking event we had at our company. We discussed the event before hand and what food we should serve. They showed up on time, with all the food, even plates, and napkins! Even when we couldn’t find a wine opener the gentlemen offered to run down the street and buy us one. Food was amazing! Tons of compliments and happy bellies. Would HIGHLY recommend.

My Grandma took me here as a kid, the food tasted exactly the same I love it! !! I would highly recommend this place. I can't wait to come back

It 's great. Salsa is great. If you want a thicker salsa, ask for 'chunky. ' It 's my favorite. No one does tacos like they do. The best fried ice cream

Overall, 4 stars. The venue has a beautiful decore. The blue really compliments the dark hardwood tables. Service was great. I was greeted promptly at the door. The dining hall is well maintained and clean. The staff was extremely friendly! The food was a major improvement since my last visit. The rice really complemented the dish. The refried beans seem to be missing something I am just not sure what. The chicken chimichanga was good, but could be elevated a bit. It seemed rather dull, but a simi balanced flavor the sour cream and guacamole really complimented the chicken, added to the texture and umami of the dish. I think what was missing was the sweet and sour components of the dish. Now for the finally, the chocolate cake. Was one of the best I ever had. It was well balanced! Not overly sweet or bitter. It was light and creamy. The fluffiness of the cake was super. I am happy they have gotten rid of the dated colored plates. Having the white ovels really helps to showcase the food. Overall, I was extremely happy with my experience, and I definitely can wait to see what will come!! Great work Matador Team! 4 out of 5 stars
