Little Caesars Pizza - Taylor

I ordered a deep dish pizza in the drive-thru around 6 PM, along with two old lunch combos that had new cheese between each layer. The service was dreadful as I had to wait the full 10 minutes they said it would take to prepare my order. The dough was dark brown, which suggests that it was old. I ended up paying around $10 for two $4 lunch combos, even though it was four hours after the lunch special had ended. My advice to customers is to double-check their deep dish pizza orders before leaving, as my experience was very disappointing.

The staff were quick and friendly. I received my pizza in under 7 minutes. The interior was also very clean.

First off im very upset with the service I received. I arrived at the location in time for the lunch special, however to my surprise the person taking my order had me wait before ordering. Then after waiting 5 mins to order I try and place the order I wanted only to be told hold on let me see what time it is then he comes back to the speaker after having me wait another 5 mins just to tell me the lunch special was over. Which I found to be very funny considering the car ahead of me ordered the same exact item and was able to get not 1 but 2 of the specials. Definitely doesn 't make sense and very poor customer service to be intentionally held up.
