What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
I ordered a deep dish pizza in the drive-thru around 6 PM, along with two old lunch combos that had new cheese between each layer. The service was dreadful as I had to wait the full 10 minutes they said it would take to prepare my order. The dough was dark brown, which suggests that it was old. The service was dreadful as I had to wait the full 10 minutes they said it would take to prepare my order. The dough was dark brown, which suggests that it was old. I ended up paying around $10 for two $4 lunch combos, even though it was four hours after the lunch special had ended. My advice to customers is to double-check their deep dish pizza orders before leaving, as my experience was very disappointing.
The staff were quick and friendly. I received my pizza in under 7 minutes. The interior was also very clean.

Love that they can call in their order and pick them up in the drive thru!
First off im very upset with the service I received. I arrived at the location in time for the lunch special, however to my surprise the person taking my order had me wait before ordering. Then after waiting 5 mins to order I try and place the order I wanted only to be told hold on let me see what time it is then he comes back to the speaker after having me wait another 5 mins just to tell me the lunch special was over. Which I found to be very funny considering the car ahead of me ordered the same exact item and was able to get not 1 but 2 of the specials. Definitely doesn 't make sense and very poor customer service to be intentionally held up.
