What Rob and Rebecca Stokes doesn't like about Culver’s:
Person at register seem incompetent, rude, not helpful, had to ask for receipt, couple behind received food before me,price $58.00! 3 meals w/upcharge 2 and 4 dollars on shakes?? Didn't receive an order of fries and my $12 8 piece chicken nuggets! Won't be back! Might need to check ol boy on register.....just saying. Oh and that's the 2nd time they got me. Won't be a 3rd. The customer service was excellent. The meals were brought to our table, and a staff member asked as she walked past how were our meals. I had the single bacon deluxe and my husband had the meal, double mushroom and swiss. He does prefer more mushrooms. Considering the cost of McDonald's, and the like, which are essentially vending machines, just go to Culver's. Again, the customer service was top notch. View all feedback.
