While some enjoyed the extensive menu and well-cooked dishes, others found the food mediocre and overpriced. Service inefficiencies marred the experience, with long waits for drinks and missed appetizer orders. Reservations made through OpenTable were problematic, leaving some guests uncertain about their seating. Cleanliness in the restrooms raised concerns, further dampening the overall impression. Despite these inconsistencies, a few patrons appreciated the attentive staff and inviting patio atmosphere, suggesting that with improvements, this venue could return to its former glory.
We were glad to use Open Table. We got confirmation for our reservations and they were set. When we arrived, they said maybe there was a problem with the Open Table sight for BJ’s. They had NO RESERVATION. we started to show the confirmation but they said we have a table so we can seat you. That is not comforting at all. When we make reservations, they should be there especially after getting confirmation. Makes us not want to trust Open Table
The menu item I wanted they did not have, we ordered appetizers, and the meal showed up, and the appetizer order was never placed. The chili was tasteless and there were issues with the bill at the end because the appetizer we never received had not been removed. We typically love BJ’s and always have a good experience, but they were not on point last night. It happens
Service was outstanding. Food was just ok for me. My $12 frozen strawberry margarita was awful. There was hardly any strawberry taste to it. It was like ice over a shot of liquor. It’s a bit overpriced for what you get. Don’t think I will go back.

Server was good but almost felt like they could up a chair and joined us. Too much into us. Food was good untill I found a hair. I quietly pointed it out to the server, they took it back, brought me I assumed new, not so sure as the plate was messy. When I got my bill I was charged full price, no discounts, I asked about it. Server says you should have said something, she said he was going to take it off. Then it was like Sorry It 's too late now that you paid. Yup! Her tip reflected it. She didn 't make the food but, she knew it was wrong and let it slide. I 'm sure yelp won 't mind me writing a review as well.
