Ok... 4 stars for food, service, and atmosphere. The food almost 5 stars. But, the price! You would be hard pressed to find this quality food at these prices anywhere else in Taylor. I recommend the Al Pastor tacos. Make sure to try their habanero salsa if your stomach can handle it, very flavorful! The fajita tacos are tasty and inexpensive. What Ashley Rutter doesn't like about Zapata's Mexican:
I have always loved this place. Great breakfast for sure hands down…BUT I just spent $30 dollars on a chicken fajita plate which the meat was sooooo hard dry, my eldest dad couldn’t even chew it. I tried calling them for 20 mins straight before they closed at 2pm but no one ever answered the phone. Very disappointed View all feedback.
They have the best tacos in town.But the wait staff can be a little bit better.

Awesome restaurant. Authentic Mexican food. Homemade tortillas and various hot sauce options. The staff is doing a great job checking on tables and topping off drinks. Asking all is well or if I needed something else. Thank for a memorable experience.
Gave me the wrong dry tacos called and told them and they didn't even wanna replace them with the right ones..they can never get my business again.
Place has the best breakfast tacos in Taylor for sure!
