Could have been cleaner. The staff never called my name when my drink was ready and I had to ask. The ride thru is always long, so make sure you have time to wait in the line. Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Staff on the round rocks must train all within a radius of 30 miles. You're great. Waited for 15 min to 1 foliage that they said cannot be warmed up. Many sad or grievous faces here, not personable and quite awkward when I asked to warm it and be denied due to the potential of melting, and then she went back and did not finish her sentence and continued on woth making another drink and I guess I should just run away... This Starbucks is a pleasant spot within the community. The staff are friendly and efficient, ensuring that lines move quickly. The place is well-maintained, both inside and out. I gave it four stars, though, because the coffee is pricier than I’d like, and I feel they mix their questionable political views into their business model. However, I must mention that the lemon cake is the highlight of the experience—definitely worth a try. You’ll see what I mean!
I thrive on caffeine—lots of it. I stopped by this Starbucks because it’s fairly close to the 130. I went through the drive-thru, and the barista was truly outstanding. She went above and beyond to ensure all my coffee and water needs were taken care of. It was so refreshing to experience such kindness after a long day.
The service at this restaurant is impressively quick! Don't let the line intimidate you; they bring out tablets to speed up the process. I always receive exactly what I ordered here—and it's delicious!
They are always out of everything !!! It?s the most frustrating thing ,out of oat milk , whipped cream , almond milk , matcha , syrups . Like what ???? But if you drive 5 more minutes to the pecan location and they are fully stocked !! Makes no sense . This location is fully of excuses
This location was near my hotel and I am forever grateful they were open on Thanksgiving day 2022!! The drive-thru line was long, but it moved quickly. The crew was clearly prepared for a Thanksgiving day rush. My grande hot macchiato was made to perfection!! The young lady at the window was an absolute delight! I hope everyone working received bonus pay! ?
