What Sam Keshvari doesn't like about Wingstop:
I am still waiting for my refund after my online order was not received because your system went down. I placed an online order on 6/20/22 and everything went through as expected. Card was charged. When I arrived, I was told that all online orders were not received because their system was down. This was a huge inconvenience and waste of time. Being that I’m 5 mins away from this location I thought it was better versus driving 10-12 mins to the one on Westheimer. This is my 3rd time ordering from this location . The 1st time I ordered it wasn’t that great but I decided to give them another chance b/c I assumed it was just a bad night. The 2nd time not to bad but tonight it was ridiculous. I paid close to $30 (15 pc combo to have wings without flavor and overcooked fries with no season. I ordered the lemon pepper and the hot honey rub. All 15 wings had no flavor .This Wingstop location isn’t living up to their motto “Where flavor gets its wings”. I immediately called and was basically told that nothing could be done . The lady who answered said she had to speak to the General manager and had me on hold for more than 10 mins . By the time she came back to the phone it was close to 9pm and I told her that I would deal it being that my kids were hungry . I told her never mind and from now on I would just go further down to the other wingstop. I wasn’t offered a redo nor a credit back. She actually said “Enjoy your wings”. I would not be going back to this location . Nor do I recommend this location.
The customer service is very good staff is always polite and helpful. They also work to always have the food ready in good time. Personally, I find the seasoned fries too salty and always have them with no seasoning, but that's just my personal preference.

Great service and was very helpful. The GM Ronald, is what the other franchises need.
Took longer than expected. Offered free drink or credit on next order. I asked for extra ranch,seeing they were busy. Friendly service.
