We visited today looking for parts for our specialty road bike, but were disappointed to find a staff member who was unfamiliar with common terminology related to road bikes. We ended up having to explain the manufacturer and type of standard equipment ourselves. After our explanation, the technician informed us that they do not carry these parts or know where to source them. He mentioned that they only work on specialty road bikes, but it was clear that he did not fully grasp the conversation we were having. I would advise anyone to be cautious about trusting the staff here for repairs, especially if the rest of the team is as uninformed as the employee we encountered today.
