As soon as we walked in we were greeted and we took it upon ourselves to sit anywhere we wanted as long as it wasn't reserved. We had coffee and tea while we smoked hookah. Everyone was friendly and polite and it felt casual and upscale all at the same time. They had a very chill vibe and the room was nice and dim. Plenty of people out celebrating in this cute lounge. Their fried rice was pretty good, and they make a strong cup of coffee. I was glad to find this place as the lounge we were initially going to was very rude and we left. Bad customer service is always a warning sign. We will definitely be back!!

It took forever to get our food and drinks. Also the portion sizes are small. I wish they had a dance floor because there was a DJ who came around 10pm on Friday night. Definitely worth a try

It was a loott of... read more The service tonight was horrible. Most of the time we spent there we spent waiting for the server to bring us something. It wasn’t enjoyable. It was a loott of waiting. And the cocktails were extremely weak. The servers get tipped regardless because 12% is already applied to the check, which means they don’t have to worry about making the customer happy to get tipped. The service was horrible. If the place gets really busy, then hire more servers. Or train the ones there better.

Staff was very friendly, food and drinks are great, however, I was disappointed with management and the rundown of the place. The furniture was burnt in the VIP room and both Hookahs we ordered burnt out rather quickly. It had to be fixed twice and we noticed other customers complained about the same issue. There was no compensation. Paid over $100 and didn’t enjoy what we came there for. Will definitely not return.
