I think the liveliness of this food speaks volume. beautiful looking eating. great selection. eye irritation for the max. they say you eat first with your eyes and they know that quite obviously. Unfortunately, the coffee was only lukewarm, so that not at all. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Quantum Vis Eatery Cafe Tauranga And Catering Tauranga:
The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were friendly, although the prices were on the higher side. The food from the cabinet was nicely presented, a good portion, and quite tasty. Unfortunately, the coffee didn’t meet our expectations; neither of us was able to finish ours. I understand that a mocha can be tricky to get right, but a flat white should not pose a problem. I often visit this spot when I'm in Tauranga to meet people, and the food and coffee are always consistently good. The prices are quite reasonable too! The items from the cabinet food menu are excellent as well. The service is friendly and efficient. You can enjoy an amazing homemade savory tart (with a variety of options) made with handmade shortcrust pastry, paired with a salad for just $14. Today, I had the Smashed Avocado on Keto Toast with Grilled Haloumi, and it was delicious. I will definitely be stopping by again!
I had a delightful lunch at this restaurant. The décor is charmingly quirky, and the service was both prompt and friendly. The food was fresh and flavorful; I particularly enjoyed the Eggs Benedict with salmon, which was delicious. The coffee was also of high quality. This place is definitely worth a visit.
We organized a pre-show dinner for about 40 people, and we needed to be fed and out by 7:40 PM. When we arrived, we found antipasto platters on every table, accompanied by a generous selection of crackers and breads. It was substantial! (Unfortunately, I couldn’t upload a picture properly.) For dinner, we enjoyed crispy, succulent pork belly served atop creamy, silky mashed kumara, along with perfectly moist boneless, skinless chicken thighs in what I believe was a masala sauce, paired with a wonderfully balanced seasonal salad. They catered to our group’s dairy-free, egg-free, and gluten-free needs without any issue. The staff's boutique beer recommendations were a bit off, but that happens sometimes. However, there was a good selection of wines available. The staff were fantastic—very friendly, efficient, polite, and welcoming. When they weren't serving us, they were busy clearing away bottles and glassware. Not only did they book our group, but they also took the time to check with the other patrons who had reserved first to ensure they were okay with us essentially taking over the place. The staff waited for the other guests to arrive so they wouldn’t feel overwhelmed. I can’t remember the last time I saw a restaurant prioritize customers over profits! The food alone is reason enough for me to return!
I felt compelled to write this note to say I have had breakfast twice at this cafe and both times the food and service was fantastic. I stay next door when I am doing business in Tauranga and as I travel throughout the country I can tell you this is one of the better cafe's I have been to.
Incredible service, with an extremely inviting and friendly staff on board. The food was to die for with a range that captured flavours to satisfy all members of our table .. The staff were informative and their knowledge of matching menu with wine was spot on and very refreshing. Would recommend to anyone in the area
