Yes, they have other dishes next to carving that look amazing, but we are stuck in our normal order. there were so many different options for carving that it wa... read more Yes, they have other dishes next to carving that look amazing, but we are stuck in our normal order. there were so many different options for carving that it was hard to choose. we finally have a semi-brown mushroom engraving and have white mushrooms. one of our friends got half-sweet and half-white mushroom bread and another got pizza topping. it was all great and the pomme frites French pommes were as good as I remembered when we were there 4 years ago. this is one of our must' when we are in the meadows.

My favorite dish is the Yeager schnitzel, but all are excellent. Also, the portions are quite large, so you are certain to be completely sated when you leave....The service is very good, and the employees are very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

It makes sense to make a reservation because it tends to be a little fuller. The restaurant is housed in an older house where each room has its own charm. The bar at the entrance is impressive and promises cosiness. Our highlight is of course the boss! There is no adjective for it yet... he is an institution!
