I asked the ladies very nicely if she could please put crab chips in one of the menus instead of spring rolls, due to intolerance. This was answered in the negative and the customer had to say what he wanted over the phone. The spring rolls were now specially made. I asked you to ask the customer when ordering (not everyone knows that there are extras) whether they would like spring rolls or crab chips. This was discreetly ignored. When I asked if you could pay by card, the answer was no! Unfortunately, it's a shame! Because the food tastes really good. A little friendlier and more customer-oriented would be great.
