This is a Costa Coffee, offering the same products and coffee that you'd find anywhere else. It's hard to tell one location apart from another. The real differences come from the staff, their employment, and the quality of service. This particular location is quite good. I have never had a bad experience at any Costa, and this visit was no exception. The service was a bit slower than usual due to new employees being trained, but the quality of the offerings remained excellent. While the place was busier today, I still enjoyed a top-notch drink and a delicious gluten-free brownie. The staff was very friendly and polite, and despite the busyness, the service was efficient and the drinks were of high quality.
We stopped by for a bite to eat and enjoyed a panini along with a large hot chocolate. The place wasn't too crowded, and we left our dog in the car. The prices were quite reasonable. You can either have a drink in the café or take it to go; we chose to enjoy ours in the café.
