We ordered Indian food to be delivered to a house we rented for 21 people on Saturday night. The food was excellent quality and everyone enjoyed it. There were a couple of missing side dishes, but the issue was quickly resolved with a refund. While some commend the restaurant for its delicious curries and friendly service, others are left disappointed with dishes described as overly sweet and lacking authenticity. Many noted a cold, unwelcoming atmosphere and poor customer service, with mixed experiences ranging from excellent takeout for large groups to unpalatable offerings like burnt naan and cold rice. Despite these inconsistencies, the restaurant remains a local staple, suggesting that improving the dining experience could attract a broader clientele while retaining loyal customers in search of authentic Indian flavors.
