Skylark - Taunton Deane

The restaurant welcomed us warmly and offered a variety of classic dishes. I ordered the steak and the pie - the steak was excellently cooked, but I was a bit disappointed with the pie. The desserts were delicious and the service was outstanding. I would definitely eat here again.

Been coming here every weekend for past few weeks as been staying in travel lodge all staff are very friendly and accommodating and nothing is too much trouble all meals are very tasty and nicely cooked never had a bad meal yet Kay is also lovely takes the time to have a chat with you and that would highly recommend a visit xxx

We had a celebration meal for 18 family members at this restaurant. The tables were ready and we were greeted warmly by the staff. They promptly took our drink orders as the rest of our family joined us. Once everyone had arrived, our meal orders were taken and all our meals were served at the same time. The food was nicely presented, hot, and exactly as we had ordered. The staff was attentive and the service was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their meals and we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.

What an amazing place this is food is amazing and the staff are so friendly. We are here every weekend atm kaye the manageress is so lovely and goes out of her way to make us feel at home. We will definitely miss it

Great friendly atmosphere relaxed with no rushing . Great menu choice for all prices also great . Well worth popping in if your passing may be best to book can get busy
