Standards very much slipped at this store for a couple of years. Pizzas were poorly made and the customer service was terrible. There must be new management because it is a lot better recently on all fronts. Worth giving them another chance if you've given up. View all feedback.

Driver called to say he was lost, spent 15 mins on the phone trying to direct him to us. Pizza arrived cold, obviously. Called to complain and was told I could get a new pizza delivered, by this time it was already 9.10pm, I didn't want to have to wait at least another 30 mins for another one. Asked if I could get a partial refund, to be told they would have to come and collect the pizzas from us this to happen and that it wouldn't be a refund it would be credit on the account. I don't even live here, I'm visiting so no good to me!!! What shockingly bad customer service!! And what on earth would they do with the old pizza anyway. Pointless
Absolutely vile...topping dry as hell, base greasier than elvis' barnet. Tastes and looks like its been reheated...total waste of money. Never again
Actually drowned the pizza in pizza sauce, it’s like the top came off the dispenser and they couldn’t be bothered to do a new one!
Good food. Quick processing and often have deals on so not too pricy. Only complaint was bit dodgy on how they cut the slices up but hey still tasty
Never had a problem going in the store or having delivered. Can't go wrong with a dominos! Only problem is the price these days.
