Costa - Taunton Deane

Absolutely awful. Coffee was that bad I threw it away. There are cobwebs from the light fixtures behind the counter. Flies on the tarts in the cake counter one member of staff wafted it off the custard tart and it went to a cherry bakewell but neither one were taken out the unit glad i wasnt eating. For not lo g having a referb I will not be going back any time soon. Staff were friendly enough but very slow even forgetting one woman's drink.

Feel sorry for the staff. This Costa is minging!! Filthy toilets, no running water, dirty teapots, broken fridge. A decent coffee but really feel for the staff

I visited this restaurant with my two children for a quick hot chocolate break after a morning of shopping. The service was fast and the coffee and cake were delicious. There was a bit of a mess on some of the spare tables, but it was understandable as the restaurant was busy.

While I don't frequent this coffee shop often, I visited a few years ago and was impressed with the good coffee, pleasant atmosphere, and friendly staff. The exterior of the shop may look tired and could use a fresh coat of paint, but that shouldn't deter you from coming back sooner.

First impressions count and here they really do.. staff are very friendly and welcoming, plenty of seating within the place, and its not its usual office single mum creche that most costas have become. Food and drinks are standard across the board, but staff make this place better than the rest
