The fried chicken is sometimes like a cardboard when you chew it. Sometimes KFC's flagship spice is not apparent, taste-wise. You can only smell it. If only they could rinse the chicken pieces before frying them, otherwise their chicken will always taste like live chicken. I love the customer service though. The restaurant has a cramped space that struggles to accommodate its volume of customers. It’s not at all kid-friendly, and the entrance is not accessible for those in wheelchairs. I ordered takeout for lunch, and the price per person was around R 100–150. The food was decent, scoring a 3 out of 5, but the service left much to be desired with a rating of 2. The atmosphere is quite lacking, earning a 1 out of 5. I would recommend trying the Streetwise Two with Pap.

I ordered dinner for takeout and found that the food was quite good, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The highlight was definitely the 10 Dunked Wings, which I highly recommend. However, the service left much to be desired, scoring only a 2; the staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. As for the atmosphere, I’d give it a 3—decent enough, but nothing to write home about. Overall, the meal was worth the price, but improvements in service would enhance the experience.
