This was my first time at QDOBA. Customer service was on point, the staff was super friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic. Definitely eating my new favorite place. Very impressed by this restaurant View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Qdoba Mexican Eats:
This place is dirty. They never wipe a table. Never. The bathrooms are disgusting. The portions are so small, I had to ask them to add more rice and beans. The prices are far too high for what they offer you. A great disappointment! View all feedback.

Maybe 20 rice grains in my Burrito. Puts five beans in my friends bowls and he actually has to have courage to say something different from me. if he asks if he can have more, say it? ll cost extra. Are you out of salad, close in 3 hours, but how is there no salad? I spent 24 dollars for a burrito and a bowl that she barely filled, looked like children's meals. I can't believe they looked at us with straight faces who thought they were those who make sense. will never go again and the best part is that they don't care? only absolutely terrible service.
Employees don?t have a friendly aspect to them, and the dinning room closes at 8:00 anymore even though the store is open till 10. They don?t appear understaffed with at least 5 workers behind the counter, and when they closed dining room there were atleast 4 groups of people eating who were forced out. The food is great and I recommend it, but service is just meh.
This used to be a go to take out spot for my family but like others have experienced this place has seriously gone downhill. I walked out last time I went in because all the employees looked like they wanted to cry and the short in-person line to order was showing no signs of moving due to the online orders flooding in. Clearly, the employees are overwhelmed and instead of turning off the online ordering at a certain point, corporate continues to allow their employees to be pummeled. It?s sad that profits are held over employees? mental health.
I went to dinner today time they were very busy, but do the best they could all serve. Behind me was a customer who asked for an article that wasn't on the menu. The employee kindly told her they didn't offer what she said? Yeah, you're gonna tell you how to do it? First of all, I could not say whether she was jokes because the way she said it was so rude and without consideration for the answer she was just from the employees or considering the other guests waiting in the line. The employee repeated that he could make them something that was not on the menu, and the customer shocked and began to be loud with him. He kindly told her he didn't appreciate how she talked to him and she finally decided to leave the restaurant without buying. I am sure that this customer will complain and I hope that his complaint will not affect his employment because he was not wrong.
