Best Hek always, beautiful and peaceful environment. I highly recommend it. The only drawback is the toilet. You can choose less frequent times, otherwise you sometimes have to wait more than an hour. You can check the lake in the meantime, so if you are not in a hurry, it is no problem. View all feedback.

Best Hek always, beautiful and peaceful environment. I highly recommend it. The only drawback is the toilet. You can choose less frequent times, otherwise you sometimes have to wait more than an hour. You can check the lake in the meantime, so if you are not in a hurry, it is no problem.
It's a big area with a tiny restaurant. The serving is very nice and the food is good (comparing to its simplicity). You can set up your tent for a very cheap price (less than a USD). There is access to free water, and toilet. No shower is available. There are some spots to make campfire. It is a beautiful and calm place. Definitely worth to sleep here after/before climbing on Tardosbánya.
If you visit this place, try their hekk fish. It 's like seabass, fried as whole. Yuuumm! And of course, walk the calories off arount the lake!
