I was nearby and hungry, so I decided to give Broccoli a shot regardless of the last reviews here. It was better than expected. The staff is very friendly, but only part of it seems to understand the concept of veganism. When I picked up my tray next to the soup table and I first refused, I explained vegan, an English-speaking employee came over and listed all the ingredients of a vegetable cream soup for me. The soup turned out to be vegan and I felt obliged to try it outside despite the warm temperatures. It was pretty good, though I wouldn't come back. We then found out that almost all salads and steamed vegetables were vegan, except for a Beetroot salad that looked great but had mixed some Mayo in it. The Broccoli cauliflower was decent, the Aubergine Capsicum tomatoes were delicious. The counter then had varieties of cereals and rice mixed with finely chopped vegetables, plain pasta, potatoes, baked potatoes, frits and baked white beans in a tomato sauce. I took a selection that was more than filling out. The staff said in Russian that this was all vegan, but: One of the staff ladies later, but I hit a potato somsa. Then the English-speaking waiter reappeared and intervened and explained that the somsa were made with animal fat. Later it came to my mind that some of the above-mentioned cereals/grain dishes could not have been 100 safe, either in the light of the understanding of the woman of veganism. The risk of swallowing an animal fat or butter is a constant travel companion in Uzbekistan, so I decided not to return and ask. If you want to be absolutely safe to avoid this risk, Broccoli is not your place. Apart from that, the atmosphere is beautiful and the facilities are very clean. The fresh carrot juice was a perfect addition. The meal was relatively pricy for the fact that it was nothing special from a vegan point of view. I paid almost 140,000 som for the tray. They took credit card.

There were absolutely no vegan proteins when we were there, so our lunch ended with potatoes with barley and steamed vegetables. This place can be trendy and cool, but it is certainly not vegan friendly! In addition, it is much overpriced!
Very modern and with good atmosphere. various salads and beside dishes, fresh juices. due to the location and modern mood, prices are higher than other locations.
Modern and refreshing restaurant. You can choose from different salads, side dishes, vegetables and pastries. There are are enough vegan dishes to choose from so you get a really big meal for 30.000 to 40.000 Som. Everything was really tasty and I would definitely recommend this place!

It's a beautiful place. Big choice, delicious and fresh food, self-service, clean, cool summer.
Clean place, convenient ambiance, good location, very nice selection of healthy food and decent prices. Convenient self service for those in a rush excellent savior
It's a very nice table with delicious and healthy food. It's a table that doesn't make it personal, but it's a traditional general distribution with trays.

The buffet has quite a wide selection, and the waitress was able to help me find out what was vegan. Ergo a good place for a filling meal!
