The restaurant specialty is meat and among that “the spiedo”. (Different type of meats cooked over the fire place). Sounds very good but the meats were dry, the vegetables boaring. Our client had gnocchi with a special herbs that grows in the springtime she tasted few PCs and left the plate. Another had risotto with white asparagus that are in season. Just few asparagus in. He said the worst risotto he had in longtime The restaurant is up on the hills kind far It does not pay to go there

The veal was really tasty, soft and juicy, as well as the gnocchi with tomato sauce and basil.

Entering the restaurant you notice a selection of meats grilling by the fire. Vegetables and meats change by what is in season and available. Unforuntely, rather cold, reserved staff, too much waiting and very bad wine glasses policy in despite a nice wine list and the fact they are located in a winegrowing area. The restaurant pours every wine, from sparkling to reds and orange , probaly even Amarone...in the same, low profile, low priced glass suitable only for simple sparkling wine. It looks they just do not care, it looks the business goes on. It 's a pity that nobody offers any smile to their guests. If you stay here overynight, rooms are very new and nice, clean but breakfast is very simple and low profile.
