Came here to see if their cuban food is as good as my mom's was. It's not, but it's pretty damn good. The server was super friendly, and they had no problem with us sitting outside with our dogs. Food came fast and was delicious. The star of the show for us was their empanadas. Flakey, savory, delicious. I wish I had one now. ? View all feedback.
What Cindy Cid doesn't like about The Cube Inn:
The food was disgusting, I asked for chicken wings and there were so saggy when I ask extra crispy, the flavor was awful and the sangria it was impossible to drink.... and what can I said about the service, pathetic. Never again, what a waste of money. View all feedback.
Great place. Staff is friendly. Food is so good. Great mojito's. Streets are closed so it's like your in Europe, in a small quaint town. See photos.
The drinks here are amazing! You get exactly what you pay for. The ambiance is nice and the service is great! Trey is hands down a fabulous bartender...attentive, engaging and on point with service. I highly recommend this establishment!
Fantastic Mojitos, the tostones Cuban sandwich are authentic and to die for. What a gem of an establishment!
Flavor, flavor, flavor! All the plates are all flavorful. From the empanada which has the flakiest crust imaginable, to the Ropa Vieja?. Everything was incredible. The staff was friendly. We ended up eating at the bar because the tables were taken and have a knowledgeable and very friendly bartender. You can tell they have a lot of return customers they seemed to know many of the locals. That gives such a great vibe to this location. Can?t wait to go back.
Cool looking place but highly disappointed. Menu was eh. For a Cuban restaurant you'd like they'd ask the most popular Cuban staples all day not just at dinner. Went at lunch and no pernil or ropa vieja. Ended up getting the chicken empanadas and the first half had no chicken in it. The flavor wasn't good so I didn't eat them. The picture I posted was what I left behind. The empanada appetizer came with 1 empanada. Would've been nice of them to tell me that considering I said I was ordering that as my meal. Island sauce was weird and did not taste good, esp with the tostones appetizer (which included only 3 tostones). I didn't eat those either. Service wasn't great either. My daughter ordered French fries which took so long to come out she was done with the rest of the meal. I was about to cancel the order when they came out. Annoyed I had to pay for them. I wanted the Cuban coffee but again we waited so long for the waitress to come back I gave up ordering it. Husband literally walked to 711 while I waited and came back and I still hadn't seen the waitress. To me this seemed like a Cuban restaurant owned by non Cubans. If you don't know good Cuban food and you're just looking for something more Americanized maybe you'll like this. However if you're looking for authentic Cuban cuisine don't bother you'll definitely be disappointed at least at lunch time. Gave 2 Stata because the place at least had a cool vibe and the staff was friendly although not attentive.
