Really like their bagels and flagels! But this past weekend is the third time we have ordered and our order was incorrect. Not the end of the world, but disappointing when you are paying extra for items you are not receiving. Update Once again ordered, paid for the upcharge and did not receive it. No oat milk. No soy milk, no whole milk, although it was in the case. Service awful, totally confused the order although it seemed that he wrote it down. The worst of the chain
Best bagels! We're from NJ, have good bagels, these are the best. Also purchased Pistachio Crumb Cake. It was very good. There is a ten minute wait to order.
Everything bagel with shrimp salad cream cheese was a delight
