Tarry Tavern was a wonderful place. Had a nice dinner in this cozy and beautiful restaurant. The staff was very attentive. The food was great. Real surprise was the polnta, which radiated the braided beef short ribs I got. I didn't see that coming. It is on the side of the laureates, but the quality is great (you get what you pay). Overall, very happy I tried this place, definitely would be back!

I don't give my five stars easy. But what a jewel of a restaurant is Tarry Tavern! The food is delicious, cooked from scratch, and with a focus on healthy. You have no problem, gluten-free, as the way food is prepared, it is gluten-free, as already. The Parmesan Polnta, which accompanied the braided short ribs, was creamy and smoother than most potatoes I had with this kind of dish. We also had the mussels as an appetizer and the dish could have been a meal as the mussels were so plentiful. All were friendly and accommodating. Service was excellent. Food was excellent. We can't wait to come back and that's the best thing to say about a restaurant.
