My kids and I spent a long weekend there in august 2023. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help with even the smallest things. It’s clearly a well managed hotel. We had brunch on the Sunday which was a nice experience, the food was not better than many other places but the atmosphere and service was worth it all. At the spa there was a $50 service fee that was not listed when I made my massage booking. When I was paying at the end of my treatment the receptionist did not tell me about the fee. I had added a generous tip for my masseur before I learned of the $50 fee and that it was split with the masseur.
