Bahama Buck's Tarpon Springs

Overall, our experience was just average. My family typically visits the Bahama Buck's in the Citrus Park area, but the location in Tarpon Springs needs to improve its staffing. The other night, we placed our order for two items, and the couple who came after us received their order before we did. I was disappointed with the slow service and the wait time. Additionally, the quality of the products has declined since the shop first opened. I’m not sure if I would return anytime soon!

My granddaughter tried the Unicorn flavor and absolutely loved it. It's a quirky place, but they have a great selection of treats and flavors to choose from. We've been back several times and have sampled a variety of flavors and treats, and we enjoy every single one of them!

I wasn't very happy this time; there was way too much coconut in it! I was disappointed to spend over $8 on something that felt more like a coconut dish than ice cream.

Waited for over 10 minutes before someone recognized me in the line. There were three employees who drink one. After my order, no one confirmed us again when our order was finished. Finally get it and my wife was okay and my wife was no taste at all. While I was drinking my drink, everyone else was served immediately. Bad experience especially for the first time.

My husband and I are frequent customers. The employees are super nice and cheerful. We always have a great experience.
