It’s a charming little kiosk straight out of a fairy tale! The owners are in his image: Warm, careful and professional. Nothing industrial here, only fresh and healthy products. The dough is thin, crispy and soft at the same time (but what is the secret?! , expertly prepared by Telma from whom I order it for lunch. The tomato and parsley garnish of my “Grande Provençale” hot from the oven is a delight of flavors.
