I ordered 6 pizzas by phone, the person gave me a deadline of 1 hour, I kindly told him that if by chance it was ready before he didn't hesitate to call me. My partner goes to get the pizzas and gets yelled at by the boss saying that we were in too much of a hurry that because of us he had lost a customer etc etc... Disrespect towards us like that is not allowed. he continued until my partner left. I find it inappropriate knowing that 6 pizzas is not nothing, it was 6 customers who could be loyal to him. In addition, the gentleman only takes checks but prefers cash and his pizzeria leaves something to be desired in terms of hygiene. Generally when we like something we don't look elsewhere, we remain loyal and we post positive reviews. This manager has lost customers who live 200m from his store due to his lack of professionalism, hygiene and pizzas that are far too greasy with more oil than toppings.
