Her savory pies are outstanding, and her raspberry Bakewell is absolutely delicious. The French apple tart is beyond amazing, and the Eccles cakes are simply irresistible. And don't even get me started on her éclairs! Seriously, everyone should place their orders—this lady knows how to bake! I would have loved to share some photos with you, but nothing Vicki creates lasts long enough to be photographed.
