The owner is a fantastic person that started discussing with us and the other customers about news and politics while serving freshly made tapas (try the tortitas de camarones) and inviting us to a glass of wine on the house. Something truly genuine when you get tired of the fancy touristy places.

My dish was brought incomplete and it took another 20 minutes for them to bring my girlfriends her one. TL;DR Unfriendly weiters, poor service and below avarage food. Do not recommend!
