Industrial maionnaise for the fish terrine, industrial sauces for the magret, fries frozen for all. A lot of mistakes in my opinion, the bar not cooked enough, the chicken way Portugal quite dry.The homemade fact was missing. Too bad because the welcome is excellent ..
