La Paranza - Tarent

I had the pleasure of having lunch in this splendid restaurant with my husband and our 7 month old baby. The welcome and the absolutely perfect service: very helpful not only with us but above all with our son and his needs. We ate two starters and two first courses which were exquisite to say the least. The owners and staff looked after us in every way. Highly recommended. Nice environment, on an aesthetic level, but nothing more. We had to wait half an hour for a menu that NEVER arrived despite my direct request to the waiters. INCONCEIVABLE, and I speak as a person who has worked in the environment, to make customers wait so long, when the place is half empty. Service: Dine in Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Fish restaurant (very fresh) in the beautiful location in front of the fishing port. We had an excellent appetizer with cod, au gratin mussels, seafood salad and calamari that melted in your mouth. I then ate an excellent tagliolini with sea urchins, all excellent and plentiful in fact I was already full enough to be able to order the second course.
