What C doesn't like about Waterbird:
2021 This place is right on (above) the water with fabulous views across and down the river. It's always nice sitting on the covered deck with a gentle breeze off the water. Having said that the food is quite average. Lots of frozen seafood with salad and very ordinary chips. But, the service is very friendly and very welcoming. 2019 Nice place on the water for lunch. Its only recently reopened. We had coffees and cake. Very pleasant. What Steve L likes about Waterbird:
Great place for a seafood meal right over the water. Inside or on the covered deck over wthe water the views are great. The food is great and your chef Jim will do your food ad you like it. Highly recommended. View all feedback.

Lovely location, great service with lots of friendly banter. Caesar salad excellent, calamari was great! Feeding the fish off the balcony also good fun!
