Cook Out - Tarboro

My hometown new restaurant and one of my favorites. I just don't get how I calculated different prices and everything I get is big chili cheeseries. during the day its 4-$5, but in the night its 7-$8. sometimes add bacon, but this is when the $5 comes. no extra and no drink. ima keeps my quits

Was a little mix up at first. But manager handled it great. Food was delicious and very friendly staff.

The level of customer service etiquette is extremely poor low at the Tarboro cookout. On top of getting your order wrong, the staff is very rude. They turn their backs to customers while joking and drinking soda.Watch out they might spit in your food if they don't like you...

Ordered the big double tray.. look at wat I got.. this was posted at 11:47 or was picked up at 11:27.. but no way to contact them with out going back to the store. After driving 15 min way.

Every time I go there the employees taking my order always have attitudes. Also I always order double fries with double chili and double cheese and double bacon but they always give me a single serving and still charge me for double. I bring it to their attention they say they will make sure its right next time but again they never do. I feel they do not give you what you pay for but they definitely make sure to take your money.
