A restaurant with a predestination name, since from our arrival to our departure there was no false note. The service is like the restaurant, benevolent and refined, which lets us see a quality found in the products, wisely prepared, with a know-how worthy of a starred restaurant. The harmony of flavors allows for meticulous and sought-after work that is not within the reach of anyone. Having worked in the kitchen for years, I can say without restraint that the chef is a real virtuoso. Epicurian in the soul, I like to discover new flavors and without making too much zeal, I can say, that long ago my taste buds had not been so sublimated. However, restaurants, I regularly join and for myself, if there is an address in Tarbes that revitalizes the blasphemy of the gastronomic cuisine of this city, it is here, in this establishment of excellence, which is called The Arpège.
