The staff is not very nice and helpful with customers. But plus point, the food is good.

I had ordered 5 pizzas and had to wait for the fifth because they had misread the leaflet and forgot a pizza. Naturally I waited for the pizzas already in the oven to come out first and then for mine to be done. I get home and by magic the pizza with fries ordered for the little girl was without fries. As I had ordered it lactose free but the pizza was wrong at this point I had to give the intolerance pills for the avoidance of doubt. Total lack of organization with a lot of confusion.
